Our approach is to immediately contact suppliers (& often landlords) to negotiate a continued trading position in which the trading company writes-off unsecured creditors.We have negotiated multiple contracts with landlords and suppliers, whereby the directors & a new “phoenix” company achieves commercial viability, meeting ongoing obligations with HMRC & maintaining employment.
We are skilled at handling the transfer of the various licences to the new company and its directors, as this is key to the success of the new business going forward. We also assist with obtaining new credit card facilities via a new bank account, often with Barclays Bank plc.
